Using fresh vegetables from contract farms, and eggs from chickens raised with only organic feed, this izakaya wants its customers to know who produced what they are eating.
Both the daily and weekly specials, made with fresh seasonal ingredients are especially popular. If you visit this place, make sure that you try one of the regular dishes, “deep-fried minced shrimp sandwiched between lotus root slices” and “Salad Named Sashimi” with a generous amount of sashimi on top of fresh vegetables.

Music lovers come for the great music selection, from rock to reggae. The cave-like interior is based on an image of the Jomon Period, the New Stone Age in Japan. The original cocktail “mori” is highly recommended. Vegan and vegetarian dishes are also available.
